When will my order arrive?
Orders process in 1-3 business days, then ship in 7-15 business days within the US. Tracking is emailed once your order leaves the warehouse and may take a few days to start updating.

How much should I give my dog?
Serving size is based on weight and is listed on every product page. When in doubt, start at half the recommended amount for the first week and work up.

My dog won't eat it.
Try mixing it into wet food or a spoonful of plain yogurt for the first few days. Most dogs come around within a week. If yours doesn't, our 30-day guarantee covers you — see our refund policy.

Can I give this alongside my dog's medication?
Ask your vet first. We're not able to give medical guidance, and your vet knows your dog's history.

Do you ship outside the US?
We ship to the US and Canada.
