RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want your dog to love their food again. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

30-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If your dog doesn't take to Loyal Bowl within 30 days of delivery, contact us at loyalbowl@aol.com and we'll refund your order. You don't need to ship the product back — we'd rather you donate the remainder to a local shelter or rescue.

This guarantee applies to your first order of any product. One guarantee claim per household.

UNOPENED PRODUCT

Unopened, unused product in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Contact loyalbowl@aol.com to start a return and we'll send you a prepaid shipping label.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving the return.

OPENED PRODUCT

Because our products are consumables intended for animal consumption, opened containers cannot be restocked or resold and are not eligible for standard return. Opened product is covered under our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee above.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, email loyalbowl@aol.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll ship a replacement at no cost to you — no return required.

SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS

You may cancel or pause a subscription at any time from your account or by emailing loyalbowl@aol.com. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for that shipment.

Subscription shipments that have already been processed cannot be cancelled, but the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies to any shipment you're unhappy with.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

- Gift cards
- Products marked "Final Sale"
- Free gifts and promotional items

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, check with your household and neighbors first, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to locate it or ship a replacement.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

REFUND PROCESSING

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except on damaged or incorrect orders.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to exchange a product is to request a refund on the original item and place a new order for what you want.
