SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

You'll receive a confirmation email at checkout and a second email with tracking once your order ships.

SHIPPING TIMES

United States: 7-15 business days after processing
Canada: 10-20 business days after processing

Total delivery time is processing time plus shipping time. Most orders arrive within 2-3 weeks.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, and peak seasons can extend transit times beyond these windows.

SHIPPING RATES

Free standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Rates for other destinations are calculated at checkout based on your address.

TRACKING

A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. Tracking information may take 3-5 business days to begin updating after you receive it. This is normal and does not indicate a problem with your order.

If tracking hasn't updated after 7 business days, reach out through our contact page and we'll look into it.

SPLIT SHIPMENTS

Orders containing multiple products may ship separately and arrive on different days. You'll receive separate tracking for each shipment at no additional cost.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute a package once it has shipped, and we are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly.

If you catch an error, reach out through our contact page within 12 hours of ordering and we'll try to correct it before the order is processed.

DELAYED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of shipping, reach out through our contact page and we'll either locate it or send a replacement.

Packages marked delivered but not received should be reported within 7 days of the delivery date. Check with household members and neighbors first, then contact us.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country. These are not included in your order total and are the recipient's responsibility.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Packages returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unclaimed status will be refunded minus original shipping costs.
